Shintaido Exams

For the past nine years I have been involved in an expansive martial art movement called Shintaido. We have held exams in the Bellingham area for the past six years. We have guest instructors and examiners come up to do our exams and workshops for a weekend, usually in August. Today is the day that our Shintaido friends from San Francisco and the east coast are joining us for our exam weekend. This is the first year that John and I will not be there physically. We are participating in another type of keiko here in Russia with our two beautiful daughters. We would like to wish all of our Shintaido friends, examinees, and examiners peace, strength of heart, and expansion of self.
